An exciting and wholly correct presentation of the problem and its solutions.

Slash military spending in half (at least--counting debt owed for previous wars). Invest in real education, not in the current factory model of an assembly line for producing widgets. Take the police out of schools. Get rid of the expensive surveillance equipment (most students are not "terrorists" or "insurgents"). Increase teacher salaries to attract the best and brightest. Disassociate property taxes from funding schools and wholly subsidize education.

Do you still believe there is right and left in USA? Why are you assuming that left carries the values of social justice, equality, democracy, participation and so on? Reality shows the contrary. I feel you are living in facism and you do not know, you do not even notice!!!
