Is it too late for the lame duck Congress to indict for war crimes?
Biggest first mistake by this Administration was to take that "off the table" -- if you don't stop and punish a bully, they think it's okay to continue doing what they're doing...and that's exactly what has happened -- it's made the repub's stronger to think the Dems have no go--ds! Know what I mean?

what's to be done, reprimand jay leno and all his ilk for the bush show, to bring bush critics on; certainly applaud the humanity he shows bush with that tender pat on the back to reassure a straight-faced lying man, but demand the tough questions; Leno asked about 9-11 and let bush get away with fluff about war crimes, torture, murder, repression, oppression, surveillance! hold all to account who want to get away with unaccountability to the millions who watch their "shows" drowning in misinformation--isnt that how democracy grows, it creeps upon you from the grass roots and asserts its tenacious hold on human-works and imagination slipping and surging through to its own humanity? I am doing all I can, far out of my comfort zone, are you?

If any want the Criminals held to account, they need to start in the Justice Department. What's that you say? Bush decimated it? It no longer functions? Are there no lawyers anywhere in America capable of bringing them to account (so that the artist can paint vertical black stripes down this picture to signify jail)? For Obama to do this lowers him and his office to the level of a mobster calling out a hit. WE have to do this.
